Thanks so much for coming to find me. I’m really glad you did … although a small part of me is hoping that you don’t regret it when you hear what’s been happening in my life of late.
It would appear I’m starting a new chapter in more ways than one. Thus far, 2015 has proved to be a big fat hairy stinker – causing me more heartache than I could ever imagine. The temptation would be to crumble, but, despite my exhausted and emotional state, I stand by my motto in life
NEVER GIVE UP – NEVER GIVE IN
I’m taking this blog as a symbol of a fresh, optimistic start in life and a positive step going forwards. (Any reservations that I have simply have to be thwarted and I refuse to be dragged down by circumstance).
Those who know me know my previously organised and OCD tendencies disappeared some time ago and I appear to have morphed into my polar opposite. I’m lacking in energy, I’m unkempt, and my home is a work in progress with regards clutter and chaos. I’m not exactly ridiculously disorganised, but there are only so many balls you can juggle in the air at any one time and this multi-tasking Mama is struggling to cope … so you’ll have to excuse the bland and less than exciting pages for now. I promise ‘all singing’ ‘all dancing’ will be here – just as soon as I find those 6 spare hours in the day that I’ve been looking for (for some considerable time)!!
So, I’m now an independent blogger in my own right, – with my very own blog (which, if I wasn’t such a moody moo of late, I’d be SO incredibly excited about and shouting from the rooftops). Believe me, once life settles down once again I’ll have a brag fest and will be throwing myself all over the place to raise my PR and grab your attention. You’ll be sick of the sight of me – in the nicest possible way, of course!
I’ll still be endorsed by Yorkshire Life Magazine and Mumsnet will be endorsing me too … and there are a number of new and exciting companies keen to get in on the action. So, please keep coming back to check up on me (hell, someone needs to!) and hopefully, from time to time, there’ll be a few pleasant surprises to keep you entertained. After all my ultimate objective in life will be to make you think and make you smile.
For now – I need to dash off, get a grip (Oh, do I need to get a grip!), and give my forthcoming and far more important post the time and attention it so rightly deserves.
Great to see you!
Please call again soon … and next time I’ll put the kettle on.
